PMP Pilot ("we", "us", "our") operates thepmpilot.com and the PMP Pilot AI web, iOS, and Android applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.

2. Data we collect

  • Email address — for account access, study reminders, and product communications.
  • Phone number (optional) — for SMS study reminders if you opt in.
  • Location data — country and timezone, used to schedule reminders and to comply with regional regulations.
  • Usage data — questions answered, time spent, bias diagnostics, and performance metrics used to personalize your study plan and improve the platform.

3. How we use your data

  • Cross-device sync so your progress is available on web, iOS, and Android.
  • Study reminders by email and (with consent) SMS, timed to your timezone and exam target date.
  • Product improvement — aggregated, anonymized usage analysis to refine question quality, AI tutoring, and bias diagnostics.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate PMP Pilot:

  • Brevo — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Stripe — secure payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store your card details.
  • Supabase — encrypted database, authentication, and file storage.

These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and may only use your data to deliver the service to us.

5. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete — request that we erase your account and personal data.
  • Correct — request that we fix inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS at any time (one click in any email, or reply STOP to SMS).
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. Data in transit and at rest is encrypted. We use industry-standard security controls including row-level security, access logging, and least-privilege access.
