Last updated: May 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PMP Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Subscription terms
- Paid plans (Pro $14.99/month and Elite $29.99/month) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- We may change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.
3. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. If PMP Pilot is not for you, email hello@thepmpilot.com within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access to PMP Pilot.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank, explanations, or AI-generated content.

- Use the service to harass others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law.
- Submit automated requests, bots, or use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to PMP exam preparation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
