If you do the work, we stand behind the result.
Eligibility
- Active Elite subscription for at least 60 consecutive days before your exam.
- Completed at least one full 180-question mock with a score ≥ 70%.
- Completed the study planner through to the recommended exam date.
- Sat the official PMP exam within 30 days of your planner's target date.
What we cover
If you meet the eligibility criteria and do not pass on your first attempt, you can choose either:
- A full refund of your Elite subscription fees paid in the 6 months prior, OR
- A free 6-month Elite extension to prepare for your retake.
How to claim
Email support@thepmpilot.com within 14 days of receiving your unofficial PMI score report. Attach the report and we'll process your claim within 5 business days.
What's not covered
- Exam fees paid to PMI.
- Missed exams or PMI no-shows.
- Free or Pro tier subscribers.
